(A) Getting Started

How do I get started?

To place an order, you first have to create an account. You can register with these 3 simple steps:

1. Go to http:// www.benmart.com.sg

2. Click on ‘Create An Account’

3. Fill in your details, password and click ‘Submit’.

Do I have to register before I can shop?

Yes. You need to register an account with us. (Do not worry, it’s free!!!)

How do I update my delivery address, email, or password?

Once you have signed up, you can click on My Account at the top of the home page. Here, you can edit your account information. If you are still having issues, please feel free to contact us via email at enquiries@benmart.com.sg or call us at 6267 4385.

(B) Place Orders

How do I place my order?

  1. Go to http://www.benmart.com.sg
  2. Click ‘Log In’ on the upper right side of the website
  3. Fill in your email address and password then click ‘Login’
  4. Select all the products that you want, choose the quantity and click ‘Add to cart’. You may also adjust the quantity or remove items once they are in your cart
  5. After selecting all the items that you want, go to the shopping basket icon to in the upper right corner and click ‘Checkout’
  6. Once you have checked that the items and amount are correct, click “Proceed To Checkout”
  7. Select your Delivery Address, Delivery Date & Time, and Mode of Payment, then click ‘Next: Review’
  8. On the next page, click ‘Place Order’ and you are all finished!
  9. You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email.
  10. You can also check your Order History to ensure that your order has been processed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Please email us at return@benfoods.com.sg or call 6267 4385 within 24 hours of order placed and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I change or add items to my order?

No. you have to place a new order again. (This is to ensure that order processing is done accurately.)

How can I check on my order?

It is easy to check your order status. Just go to "My Account" at the top menu and check your order history.

How do I place orders?

Orders can only be placed through our website. We do not accept orders over the phone.

(C) Delivery

Which areas in Singapore do you deliver to?

We deliver to almost all of Singapore, including Sentosa. However, we do not deliver to Jurong Island or Pulau Ubin.

If your premises require a special pass for entry, please email our BenMart Online Team at admin@benmart.com.sg before 48 hours of delivery.

What are the available collection mode?

a)    Home/Office Delivery

  • Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
  • Delivery Slot: 10am-1pm (Morning), 2pm-5pm (Afternoon), 5pm-8pm (Evening)

b)    Self-collection

  • Address: BenMart Collection Centre ( 1 Fishery Port Road, Jurong Singapore 619729)
  • Slot: Wed, Thurs, Friday ( 3pm - 5pm) or Sat (10am-12pm)
  • Free of charge

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. However, we do charge delivery fees if your order falls below $200. Please refer to the delivery charges below:

What happens if I miss a delivery?

If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our driver will try to reach you by phone. If they are unable to reach you, they will leave a slip letting you know what time they arrived, and asking you to contact the number provided on the slip. 

NOTE: If you do miss a delivery, we cannot guarantee that the driver will be able to return with your order on the same day.

Can I change my delivery timings?

No. Due to the tight delivery schedule, we do not accept any changes on the delivery schedule.

Can a family member or a representative receive my items on my behalf?

Yes, your family or representative may receive your items on your behalf. He or she must sign the delivery form on your behalf.

For verification purposes, the family member must present the order reference number before receiving the goods from our delivery personnel.

How are my items packaged?

All chilled, frozen and ambient items will be packed separately. Please keep a look out for the temperature icons on the carton box.

Please store immediately upon receipt of your goods into their respective temperature conditions to maintain their freshness.

(D) Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made via: Credit Card – we accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note that the charge on your statement will be from "Ben Foods (S) Pte Ltd".

I have a voucher/discount code. How do I use it?

If you have a voucher/discount code which you would like to use, please key in the code and click “apply coupon”.

My payment is not successful. What should I do?

Firstly, please check that you have entered all your card information correctly and that the credit card has not expired. Please also make sure that the expiry date is entered in the format [mm/yy] as shown on the card. If all the information is correct and the transaction is still not successful, please contact your bank to ensure that there are no problems with your credit card. They will undertake the verification process on our behalf.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card?

Yes, definitely. We guarantee that every transaction you make at BenMart Online is 100% safe. As a fraud-preventive measure, we will send you a confirmation email once your order is confirmed. If you receive an email confirmation for a transaction you didn't approve, please contact your bank directly to raise this issue and they will then liaise with us on your behalf.

What can I do if I received a damaged wrong/missing/ item?

We are sorry to hear that you have encountered the issue above. You can request for an exchange/refund by sending an email to return@benmart.com.sg within 3 working days.
