Scallops with Butter Parmesan

Delicious baked scallops with butter and Parmesan.

Ingredients
Haton scallops, thawed
4 tbsp Cowhead butter, melted
1/2 cup Cowhead parmesan cheese
Parsley (fresh or dry)
Black pepper 

Directions

1. Pat dry scallops.

2. Place scallops in oven dish.

3. Drizzle in butter and coat scallops.

4. Sprinkle in the cheese, parsley and pepper.

5. Baked in a preheated 200 degrees C oven for about 15 minutes or until scallops turn white.

6. Serve immediately.

 

Tips: Use smaller dish with 4 or 5 scallops for individual serving.
Add in as many or as little cheese and butter as you prefer.
Serve with freshly baked Delifrance baguette to dip the leftover sauce with.
