Chilli Crab

Impress your guests with a home made chilli crab.

Ingredients
Spices of the Orient Chilli Crab Sauce
2 tbsp oil
Water (1 1/2 bottle from crab sauce jar)
1 tbsp corn flour
1.2kg - 1.5kg crab, chopped and cleaned
1 egg
Chinese parsley

Directions

1. Pour oil and chilli crab sauce into a wok.

2. Add water with corn flour into the wok.

3. Switch to high flame and stir well.

4. Add in the crabs into wok and stir until boil.

5. Cover wok and use middle flame to cook for 12 minutes.

6. Switch off flame, add egg and stir thoroughly.

7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
