2-Ingredients Oatmeal Cookies

2-ingredients oatmeal cookies, what could be better?

With just 2 ingredients and a few minutes, you can baked up a batch of delicious cookies, perfect for breakfast too.

Ingredients

2 large bananas, mashed

Optional
Chocolate chips
Raisins
Dried cranberries
Chopped nuts, walnuts, almond or pecans
Coconut flakes

Instruction

1. Mix bananas and oats together.

2. Mix in the additional ingredients if desired.

3. Drop dough using a large tablespoons onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.

4. Baked at 180 degrees C for 9-12 minutes or until cookies are set.

5.Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
 
 

Tips: If mixture seems too runny and the cookies would flatten out too much, add in more oatmeal.
Do not add in too many optional ingredients, as the cookies will not hold together well.
