Yogurt Mango Lassi

A cooling and refreshing drink, the ideal drink for summer.

Ingredients
1 mango, fresh
450g Greek Style Yogurt Mango
400mL milk
1 tbsp icing sugar
1/2 lime, juice

Directions

1. Prepare and dice the mango.

2. Puree the diced mango, Emmi Greek Style Yogurt Mango, milk, icing sugar and lime huice finely into a blender. 

3. Pour into glasses and chill.

 

Tips: Replace Emmi Greek Style Yogurt Mango with Emmi Greek Style Yogurt Raspberry, and switch mango with 50g of fresh or frozen raspberries to the blender to make Raspberry Lassi.
