Shrimp Salad

An ideal BBQ side dish or a simple no fuss lunch, shrimp salad is here to help.

Ingredients

450g srimps
fish spices (or any spices of choice) 
1 tbsp sesame oil

Emmi Greek Sytle Yogurt Natural 0%
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper

1 avocado, diced
50g bean sprouts
200g lettuce
10g coriander, chopped

Directions

1. Season shrimps with fish spices and fry in sesame oil over maximum heat. Set aside on a plate to cool.

2. Stir yogurt in a bowl until smooth.

3. Add soy sauce and stir well.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Add avocado to the yogurt with bean sprouts, lettuce, chopped coriander and shrimps.

6. Divide into four servings.

 

Tips: Not a fan of shrimps? No problem, you can use boneless chicken breast or tuna instead.
