COOKING & PREPARATION:
<Grilled Cheese Sandwich>
Ingredients:
2 slices of your favorite bread
2-3 Holland Natural Cheese Slices
Butter or margarine
Instructions:
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place the cheese slices between the unbuttered sides of the bread.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
<Classic Cheeseburger>
Ingredients:
1 burger patty
1 bun
1-2 Holland Natural Cheese Slices
Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles (optional)
Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo)
Instructions:
Grill or pan-fry the burger patty to your desired doneness.
Place the cheese slices on top of the patty in the last minute of cooking to melt.
Assemble the burger with the bun, patty, cheese, and your preferred toppings and condiments.
<Cheesy Baked Potatoes>
Ingredients:
4 large potatoes
4-6 Holland Natural Cheese Slices
4 tablespoons sour cream
Chopped chives or green onions (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pierce the potatoes with a fork and bake for about 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out a bit of the flesh.
Place cheese slices inside the potatoes and bake for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Top with sour cream, chives, salt, and pepper.

Ingredients:
3 eggs
2-3 Holland Natural Cheese Slices
1 tablespoon butter or oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional fillings: diced ham, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions
Instructions:
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Heat the butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Pour in the eggs and cook until they begin to set.
Add cheese slices and any other desired fillings.
Fold the omelet and cook until the cheese is melted, and the eggs are fully set.
