COOKING & PREPARATION:

Thawing (Optional but Recommended):

● If time allows, it’s best to thaw the frozen striploin steak in the refrigerator overnight. Thawing in the refrigerator helps the steak cook more evenly and reduces the risk of uneven cooking.

● Seasoning:

● Before cooking, season the striploin steak with salt, pepper, and any desired herbs or spices. You can also use your favorite steak seasoning or marinade for added flavor.

● Pan-Searing Method:

● Heat a skillet or heavy pan over medium-high heat.

● Add a small amount of cooking oil (such as vegetable oil or olive oil) to the pan and allow it to heat.

● Place the thawed or frozen striploin steak in the pan and sear on one side for about 3-4 minutes.

● Flip the steak and sear the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.

● Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. For medium-rare, aim for around 130-135°F (54-57°C). Adjust cooking time if you prefer a different level of doneness.

● Oven Roasting Method:

● Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the packaging or recipe.

● If thawed, you can sear the steak in a hot skillet for a couple of minutes on each side to develop a crust. Then transfer the steak to a preheated oven-safe dish.

● If cooking from frozen, place the frozen steak directly in the preheated oven-safe dish.

● Roast in the preheated oven for the recommended time, based on the thickness and desired level of doneness.

● Resting:

● Once the striploin steak reaches your preferred level of doneness, remove it from the heat source.

● Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes before slicing. This helps retain its juices and ensures a tender result.

● Serving:
