COOKING & PREPARATION:

Stovetop Method:

Always check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer to ensure it reaches at least 165°F (75°C).

Microwave Method (for quick heating):

Place the thawed chicken fillets on a microwave-safe plate.

Cover the plate with a microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap, leaving a small vent to allow steam to escape.

Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, or until the fillets are heated through.

Let the fillets rest for a minute before serving.
